Honey and Co Served Up Brunch at Conflict Cafe

Mon 9 Sep, 2015

This weekend saw husband and wife team Sarit and Itamar (Honey and Co) creating a brunch service to remember at The Wall SE1. as part of September’s Conflict Café pop-up restaurant, exploring the power of food to break down barriers and foster dialogue and understanding.

The menu featured Honey & Co.’s signature milk buns, and sharing dishes of Ijjeh (herb & feta frittata), Sabich (roasted aubergine & tahini), pomegranate salads, desserts and more.

Conflict Café is an exclusive pop-up appearance at The Wall SE1, dedicated to getting Londoners talking peace through food, and is launched by peacebuilding charity International Alert to mark the International Day of Peace (21 September). Formerly Conflict Kitchen London, the restaurant was named Time Out’s “Most Inspirational Pop-up of 2014”.
