Who run the world? Vans Girls…

Mon 2 Feb, 2016

…They certainly will be for the next coming weeks down at The Wall SE1 and House of Vans.

We went down to the launch of Girls Month, a celebration of all the ladies making things happen, in London and Beyond. Girls Month kicked off last Thursday with D-I-Yourself, a group exhibition from both guys and gals at the forefront of London’s creative scene.

Using Lofi Xerox posters to express the movement of championing women, artist Kate Bones captured the evening and gif-ed the snaps – check it here!

At The Wall SE1, we offered up free fizz for the cool kids who came down, danced as the WORK IT DJs spun jams behind the decks and sought serious #GirlBoss inspiration from the contributing creatives…

The perfect beginning to a month of Girl Power… Lotte Andersen, Claire & Nelly and Bertie & Char will be back to inspire Vans Girls on International Women’s Day with a series of talks and a Q&A session. There has also been a series of workshops including a Tatty Devine jewellery making session, some awesome film listings and of course, Girls Skate Night is coming up.

Delve underground and Join us throughout March for eats, beats and interactive treats from all of us at The Wall SE1  and House of Vans.
